Subject: Playergroup HQ Construction Policy

Playergroup HQ Building Policy
To form an official player group and get access to a private HQ the group must
first have atleast 3 members with over 100TKE each. Full plans, including maps and
descriptions must be submitted to Yojimbo. Costs will then be added up and you will
need to pay all nuyen in full before construction begins.
Restrictions
- PGHQs may not be added on to existing structures, they must be freestanding.
- Jackpoints are not allowed.
- Location in the MUD is at the Immortals discretion.
- One PGHQ Per Group
- PGHQs may not have powersites.
- PGHQs may not have any exits into the OU.
Requirements
- All items and mobs require a submission of three description values. Name, Room name, and Long description.
Name: Mob/Item Name
Room Name: Description viewed while in a room.
Long Description: Description given when examining.
Costs
The base cost for a PGHQ is 100,000 Nuyen. This includes a single room, a standard
strength locked door and a key for that door. Everything else must be paid for as
follows:
Rooms - 15,000 Each
Having a room able to save gear will cost an extra 5,000 nuyen.
Doors - 1,000 Each
Extras are as follows:
Lockable +500
Pickproof +500
The base price of doors covers doors of weak strength. Strength upgrades are:
Standard +200
Strong +500
Invincible +1000
Elevators are able to be purchased at a cost of 50,000 nuyen per floor.
Mobs - 15,000 Each
Shopkeepers cost an extra 15,000 nuyen, and 10x the base cost for each item sold
must be paid. Only base items may be sold, food, drink, and regular ammo.
Mobs may be made into Guard type mobs (They will not discriminate based on PG
affiliation, you have been warned) for 10,000 nuyen. They may also be made into
bouncers rejecting BLACKLIST and KILLER flagged players for an extra 10,000 nuyen.
Items - 1,000 Each
This is for a furniture type item. Writable boards cost an extra 1,000 nuyen and
wearable items an extra 5,000 nuyen. Wearable items can have no armour effects on
them and no weapons/cyberware/bioware/etc can be made.
Existing PGHQs may be modified but all costs are 10% higher. Room and mob descriptions may
be edited at a cost of 2,000 nuyen each.

Since 3rd Edition Firearm B/R is completely FUBAR, a coded version of it will most likely never see the light of day on Awakened Worlds (Trust me, i've tried thinkin up a workable version, and it always ends in failure. On the bright side, I did manage to talk Che into implementin Ammo B/R. You're welcome!)
That being said, and thanks to my awesome power point presentation skills (Che cannot resist their allure), I come before you to offer the next best thing: Standardized PGHQ Firearms, Melee Weapons and Armour.
Below are listed the available templates for customizable equipment for PGHQ's. These items follow the previous rules put in place for PGHQ's with a few slight alterations.
Templates have a Base Cost and Street Index. The base cost is multiplied by 10, then multiplied by the items SI to give you the cost of purchasing this item for sale in your PGHQ.
The vendor will then be able to sell the item in question at base cost, multiplied by it's SI. All items will have an availability time for "creation" purposes.

Cost: 450 base x10 = 4500 x1 SI = 4500 to purchase. This item will then sell at your vendor for 450 nuyen. (450 nuyen x1 SI = 450 nuyen).

All requests must consist of the following:
#1.) A template reference and reasonable descriptions using common sense, some leeway will be given (considering this is 2064), but if you ask for a lightsaber, I will debate refusing any further requests from you, period. Please, don't be stupid.
#2.) All requests must be issued with three seperate descriptions.
Item name: The name of the item, "A shiny looking broadsword."
Item desc: What you see when you examine the item itself, it's description.
Room desc: What's seen when you drop the item on the floor, IE, "It seems someone has dropped their shiny broadsword on the floor here."
Below are the standardized templates, values inside of ( ) symbols to the right are secondary types, these items will use all of the secondary values in place of the primary if you choose to request their version. All firearms will have blank slots (which are indicated below), these are canon and non-negotiable, as are stats.
