Subject: How do I ask...

I am a newb adept. How tender is it to ask other for adept trainers? Is it just something common to ask on the radio or should it be avoided?
Where do I ask the basics of decking(planning to touch this later on) is that an IC only or IC/OOC option kind of thing?
Can I ask about if X cybernetic has a alpha-beta-delta rating.. in OOC or just IC?

the diction is up to you and should you chose to go an ic route should reflect what you think your character would do. you may also wish to consider what issues would people have an interest in keeping secret and what would they part with for a reasonable fee.

Any question of rules or code or mud interface is of an ooc nature.
from an ooc perspective all wares canonically are available in all grades. what wares are actually available is the sort of information that very few would objectively know but many characters could profit by sharing icly what they do know.
