This is the Awakened Worlds map. The best one I've seen yet.

I didn't make it, or edit it. Conrad made it, but he showed me the link to it on the net, and now the original link is broken.
I was able to save it on my computer, and I sized it down to fit better as a web download and posted it on my own website at the link above for convenience.
