Subject: Re-Importing the helpfiles

It looks like there's a whole set of helpfiles distributed as part of the codebase, but none of them respond to the help command in-game. How can I get the helpfiles into MySQL? Am I going to have to manually enter each one in-game somehow, or is there a method I can use to convert the current plaintext files into MySQL-readable table entries?

I did have a function to copy them in but forgot to save it. Wouldn't be that hard to write one that saves the contents of the loaded help table to the mysql table
